Are Estimates Really Free?

Yes! We want to make sure that your estimate from us is no-pressure and no-obligation. We want you to choose the right service provider for your needs and hope that you consider us because of the unique value that we bring to the job.

How long does the process take?

The duration of mold remediation or water restoration process can vary depending on the extent of the damage but typically takes anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. Duct Cleaning can typically be done in a half-day. Any extensive reconstruction or build back may add additional time depending on the extent of the job. A thorough assessment will provide a more accurate timeline.

Do you offer a warranty for your work?

For Most Services – we have a satisfaction guarantee, if after we leave the job, you notice something that was within the scope of our work and it was not addressed properly, we will send technicians out to resolve the issue at our expense.

For Attic Remediation – We are proud to offer a 3 year transferable warranties for our attic remediation service.

Keeping your space mold-free will depend on your environment and ability to keep the root cause at bay, we will do our best to assist if/when any re-occurrence happens and will do our best to advise you on your next steps to take.

Is there an emergency service?

We do our best to accommodate emergency situations, however we do keep business hours of 8 AM – 8 PM Monday – Saturday. If you call outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we are available the next working day.

Are you insured?

Yes, we maintain state required insurance to ensure that your property is protected in the unlikely event that any of our technicians or services would cause damage to your property or home.

Do you supply your own materials?

We bring everything needed to complete the work with us to the job. In the event there is tear down, or demolition of drywall or other materials in order to do a build back, reconstruction or mold remediation, we will work with you to facilitate dumpster removal service, as we do not provide this service in-house.

Do you offer financing?

Currently we work directly with homeowners to accommodate their needs when it comes to paying for our services. While we do not finance directly this is an option we are looking into as well as reliable and reputable financing companies which can offer you monthly terms for your service.

Will my insurance cover service?

Coverage for mold remediation and water restoration varies by policy and provider. It’s best to check with your insurance company to understand what services are covered and any required documentation.
